truffle dinner

On Saturday before last (21st of April) we had several guests for a dinner. The theme of this dinner was "lets add truffles to everything" as John and Kristina just came back from Umbria from where they brought truffle oil, truffle salt and even truffle chocolates. Additionally, they brought 7 bottles of wine, 5 liters of olio di oliva and around 1kg of dried porcini.
The dinner was delicious and as always wine was paired very well with food. What we ate you can see from the pictures below:
